It will make your team aware of all the features and how you can use them but it relies on you to be fully engaged and do the work within HubSpot. This is great for simple setups or teams that want to get hands-on and drive their own setup.

Implementation involves customizing HubSpot to fit your business. This includes full customization of your HubSpot instance with custom properties, custom objects, automation, and more based on how your business operates. In this case, Process Pro will complete the work to implement the tool and the necessary tasks inside of HubSpot.

How much work will be required from my team?

Our team does the heavy lifting to set up HubSpot. That said, your team will be vital to help us understand your current processes and requirements. In all projects, we must identify the executive sponsor, project lead, and internal champions for a successful implementation.  

Please expect a minimum of 1-2 meetings and around 1-2 additional hours of time needed from your team per week during the implementation.

How long does an Implementation project take?

In the first 30 days, we will complete the solution design phase of the project. This includes a review of your current CRM data/system and processes with your team to define the implementation requirements. Once all requirements are identified we complete a 60-90 day MVP Implementation. 

Note: Implementation may require additional phases to complete. With all CRM systems it's critical we get the system set up and start using it with the minimum viable requirements so adoption, learning, and growth can happen with your team.
