Onboarding is a standard out-of-the-box feature and setup for your Hub. It will make your team aware of all the features and how you can use them but it relies on you to be fully engaged and do the work within HubSpot. This is great for simple setups or teams that want to get hands-on and drive their own setup.

Implementation involves customizing HubSpot to fit your business. This includes full customization of your HubSpot instance with custom properties, custom objects, automation, and more based on how your business operates. In this case, Process Pro will complete the work to implement the tool and the necessary tasks inside of HubSpot.
